1. About this website

This website is operated by the Nigeria Blood Strike Vendors Association (N.B.S.V.A), powered by FRX Management. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. What verification means

A verified badge means a vendor passed the association's review process and maintained good standing. It is a trust signal, not a payment guarantee. Transactions happen directly between buyers and vendors.

3. Vendor rules

• Provide honest information in applications and profiles.
• Deliver what you sell, at the price agreed.
• No fake reviews, fake vouches, or impersonation.
• Respond to buyer complaints and association inquiries.
• Verification can be suspended or revoked for violations.

4. Community guidelines

• Scam reports must be truthful and include real evidence.
• False reports made to damage a competitor lead to blacklisting.
• Reviews must reflect real purchases and real experiences.

5. Verification and appeals policy

Applications move through Pending → Upcoming → Standard (observation) → Verified. Buyers dealing with an Upcoming or Standard Vendor, or with any seller not found on the Verified list, are strongly advised to use a fully Verified Vendor as a middleman before paying. Blacklisted parties can appeal through the Contact page; entries under review are marked "Under appeal" in the Vendor Enforcement.

6. Limitation of liability

N.B.S.V.A provides vendor information in good faith but is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for losses between buyers and sellers. Always use the verification tools before paying.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
