Everything about verification, reviews, scam reports, and appeals.

Search the vendor's name on the Vendors page. If they appear with the blue verified badge, they're official. If a seller is not listed at all, or appears in the Vendor Enforcement, do not send money.
Go to the Contact page, choose "Report Scam", and include the seller's name, WhatsApp number, and evidence (screenshots, payment proof, chat links). Reports with evidence are processed fastest.
First your application is reviewed. If approved, you start as an Upcoming Vendor (gold badge) with no track record yet. After a clean observation period you're moved to Standard Vendor (teal badge), and eventually to full Verified status (blue badge) once the association is confident in you. Buyers dealing with an Upcoming or Standard Vendor are advised to use a Verified Vendor as a middleman until you're fully verified. Time at each stage depends on your history and references.
Yes. Verification is a responsibility, not a permanent title. Confirmed scam reports, fake reviews, or serious rule violations lead to suspension or blacklisting.
Reviews belong to individual vendors, not the association. Customers rate overall experience, delivery speed, communication, trustworthiness, and value for money. Verified Purchase badges mark reviews from confirmed buyers.
Yes. Contact the association with your case and evidence. Appeals are reviewed by leadership, and the entry's status shows "Under appeal" in the Vendor Enforcement while it's being considered.
